What are we looking for?

• Relevant work experience in shared service setting

• Experience working within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

• Ability to identify the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and make decisions based on factual information

• Great communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible for delivering comprehensive human resource services that cover diverse talent management processes and transactions.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service center, technology, and transaction processes.

• Establish standardized procedures for handling associate inquiries, transactions, and the administration of systems and processes.

• Coordinates services with P&O Program managers, Process owners, and technology experts to ensure a seamless and effective P&O experience for all stakeholders.
