Mars Supply Excellence Site Deployment:

· Accountable & Responsible for the deployment of the MSE program in OCT site.

· Supports the operational transition to MSE by ensuring capability development in within MSE pillars.

· Responsible for the SUC validations of Pillar team members.

· Responsible for the Pillar step audit for the site (Internal Audit).

· Co-leads the implemented pillars with the pillar leads to ensure right standards are being deployed and ensures coherence and coordination between different pillars.

· Assesses cultural change progress and capability building and adjusts plans accordingly.

· Partners with MSE manager & the FMT to priotrize pillar effectiveness and tools used according to payback and benefits for the site.

· Coaches on pillar progress, identify gaps, and assists with training or education as needed.

· Provides technical expertise to increase the number of zero breakdown machines, reduce breakdown reoccurrences and increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) & different relevant KPI’s.

· Nurtures the MSE Culture with the Value Stream, responsible for MSE popularity and branding + periodic MSE communications.

Deploy and drive CI and lean culture in the VS by: (Capability Building for lean tools & 10 steps)

• Train & coach different teams on Mars 10 Steps of P.S. tools & process flow.

• Being the expert and knowledge carrier of CI techniques such as PDCA and Six Sigma.

• Contributing to the LEAN training calendar as a trainer/support .

• Working closely with the MSE Site lead to align goals and priorities.

• Train and develop Kaizen capabilities through the Lean institute and Lean Enterprise Program.

• Supports E&T Pillar by developing knowledge check program for shop floor associates.

In Partnership with the FI Pillar (FI Pillar team Support):

· The Determination, implementation and improvements in operating standards with regard to the safety of people and the quality of the product , waste elimination, customer satisfaction within the FI Pillar. (Top losses)

· Supports the team to develop and overlook the Implementation of the FI initiatives by analyzing data, devising and implementing solutions together with various teams within the FI Pillar.

· Coaches the FI Initiative work team on the relevant problem solving tool to attack the top losses (2 to 3 biggest Initiatives per year that impacts the PCC/Ton).

· Supports FI team to gather relevant data needed for the QLS scan within the site.

MSE Regional & Global Community:

· Be an active contributor in the Community of Practice for the pillars implemented in OCT site, to review, renew and improve MSE standards.

· Supports in coaching of MSE pillar leads across MEA sites.

· Supports MSE global community by being a facilitator for 10 steps of Problem Solving course in Mars University.

· Supports MSE Manager in periodic reporting for MSE progress at OCT site.

Digitalization Agenda:

· Build and Lead the digital agenda for the site transferring the site to “Factory for Future” with the MSE Manager and the Plant Director

· Compile the factory needs in terms of digital solutions and communicate the needed funds
