The UK dCommerce business has aggressive NSV and share ambitions to 2030 with the expectation that dCommerce will account for over 20% of the UK business and nearly 50% of our EU dCommerce NSV.

As part of this, our Emerging Channels team have recently onboarded a reseller to accelerate our 3P business with distribution hubs in Germany and the UK. Amazon marketplace is an important first opportunity for us understand but we also know there are wider opportunities in the UK to drive sales across other marketplace platforms and gain new distribution to help us achieve our EU Marketplace milestone by 2026. This newly created position has been designed to help us accelerate toward that ambition therefore we are looking for an experienced Marketplace Senior Account Manager to lead us to our goal.

What are we looking for?

Essential

• A Marketplace Expert – ideally with FMCG (supplier side) experience

• Highly numerate & analytical with strong commercial experience

• Strong communication & influencing skills across large stakeholder groups

• A strategic mindset but with an ability to be operationally in the detail

Preferered

• Line Management Experience (no direct report today but scope in the future)

• Ambition for future leadership roles in dCommerce

• Ability to deal with ambiguity

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible for building, deploying and executing our Marketplace strategy

• Ownership of the Mars x Reseller P&L with appropriate trade and marketing budgets for the UK Market

• Creation & deployment of activation plans & search strategy alongside the reseller and EUCOA

• Supporting the development of the UK Portfolio Pipeline for Marketplace with regional and global teams.
