Join Mars Wrigley North America as a Marketing Measurement – Data & Digital Business Partner and become a key driver in transforming how we measure and optimize marketing performance across our chocolate, fruity, gum, and mint brands. This role focuses on the technical aspects of marketing measurement—from setting up tracking and collecting data to building analytics and supporting human insights that inform our North American marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to evaluate and enhance marketing measurement tools and capabilities, enabling data-driven strategic decisions.

What are we looking for?
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Data & Analytics preferred.
- 8-10+ years of significant CPG experience in marketing analytics, data management, or digital transformation roles
- Strong expertise in marketing data, measurement tools, and intelligence, including media test & learn
- Proven skills in data integration, validation, and insight generation from complex marketing datasets
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply data-driven insights to brand objectives
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as MMM, Skilift, DataPoem, and experience in agency ecosystem transformation (nice-to-have)
- Skilled in crafting and presenting data visualizations that drive strategic decisions and marketing effectiveness
- Foundational knowledge in statistical analytics and data science
- Track record of piloting new tools and methodologies and rationalizing existing vs new capabilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive tool adoption and transformation in NA in partnership with global teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Represent MWNA in the Global Marketing Agency transformation, leading workstreams including Data, Tech & Tools; Analytics, Measurement & Reporting; and Core AI
- Ensure clean and validated data collection (manual/automated) partnering with internal data teams and agencies to enable measurement analytics and insights
- Develop and present regular marketing performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards using existing tools and Excel/PowerPoint
- Align data- and tech-enabled regional marketing and sales objectives with global product strategy and roadmaps to enable timely data-driven decision-making
- Act as a business translator between marketing and technical teams to implement AI solutions (e.g., predictive models, MMM+, Gen AI, AI Agents) for one-demand measurement and optimization
- Evaluate and recommend marketing technology/tools to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead technical project management across global/regional data, digital, analytics teams, and external vendors
- Design, manage, and execute in-market measurement tests with the right data and tools
- Support change management and learning agenda within a complex matrix organization
- Partner with One Demand Data & Analytics on dashboard and report building from diverse sources, tools, and metrics to address key business questions
- Deliver compelling data-centric storytelling using multiple data points
- Serve as a trusted advisor on data, technology, and tools to MWNA media and marketing teams
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in marketing data and technology

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 117,808.00 - USD 161,984.00
