This role is responsible for providing first level support for Distribution Stocks, Operations, Product Availability associates and S&F on stock & transport management & systematic quality related processes and related systems. The role owner will be responsible for identifying, managing and leading process change to improve operational performance by implementing both locally identified efficiencies and also Global & European best practices. As a Key User, you will be part of a Global Community and will engage with other Operational Supply Chain Leaders and Key Users to help both maintain and develop our Market Supply Chain systems and processes.

What are we looking for?

Degree Educated or A’ Level Qualified with Supply Chain Knowledge

Very strong operational SAP skills and understanding.

Experience in the FMCG / functional experience- desirable

What will be your key responsibilities?

Be the Main Point of Contact / Key User for our legacy system(s) including SAP/Atlas

Identify, manage and lead changes to improve operational performance

Working knowledge of Safety, Quality and Material Management Systems and procedures

Customer service subject matter expert for data sync and item compliance

Training of end users to ensure best practice is followed

Proactive contribution to the Global Key User community
