Key Accountmanager Dcom Benelux

Location: Veghel/Amsterdam

The Key Accountmanager Dcom Benelux is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth across the Digital Commerce (Dcom) channel. Dcom is a strategic priority channel for Mars Pet Nutrition, being a tailwind channel for growth. It’s our ambition to outgrow the category to increase our online marketshare. The role owns the commercial relationship with Dcom customers, develops and executes customer Dcom growth strategies, and delivers business objectives across sales, Perfect D-Store and market share.

Working cross-functionally with (digital) Marketing, Category Management and SRM, the Key Account Manager develops Joint Business Plans that create value for shoppers, retailers and Mars. The scope for this rol is Benelux. You will work closely with the Head of Dcom Benelux.

What are your key responsibilities?

As our Key Account Manager Dcom, you will be responsible for delivering strong growth across pure play retailers and grocery E-commerce players like AH.nl and Jumbo.com. You’ll build and nurture relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring the digital customer plans are executed flawlessly.

Commercial Leadership

• Deliver Sales, Profit and Market Share targets.
• Lead annual customer negotiations
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with assigned Dcom customers
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities
• Build strong strategic relationships with retailer eCommerce teams

Perfect Digital Store

• Own the execution of the Perfect Digital Store strategy across key customers.
• Ensure best-in-class digital shelf availability, product content, imagery, search optimisation and taxonomy.
• Monitor digital shelf KPIs including availability, share of search, content quality, ratings & reviews and conversion.
• Partner with Category Leadership, Marketing and Content teams to continuously improve the online shopper experience.

What are we looking for?

• Education: A university degree (MSc or BSc) , or higher education (HBO/HEAO) with a focus on Economics or Business
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience, preferably in a multinational Dcom channel environment
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Dutch (Dutch language is essential for this role).
