As a Key Account Manager VET, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our business objectives with BeLux clinic groups and veterinary omnichannel key accounts. Your mission? To achieve strategic and operational sales goals while building strong, sustainable customer partnerships that drive growth in therapeutic diets and strengthen Royal Canin’s market position.

What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Strategic Development
- Build and execute tailored strategies for veterinary clinic groups and omnichannel key accounts in line with Royal Canin’s VET vision and objectives.
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to secure long-term partnerships and mutual growth.
Business Responsibility
- Maximise business opportunities across clinic groups and ecommerce key accounts by driving brand visibility, listings, marketing activations, and product category expansion.
- Take ownership of your account portfolio, including accurate demand planning, forecasting, and budget responsibility.
Expertise & Insights
- Act as a trusted business consultant for your accounts, sharing category expertise and actionable insights to improve customer performance.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities and secure competitive advantage.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with marketing, field service, and cross-functional teams to bring strategies to life and deliver against account plans.
- Independently prepare and lead key account meetings, ensuring effective follow-up and implementation.
