About the role: This role will be working for our Mars ​Food Nutrition

segment, ​where we drive operational excellence and support Mars businesses worldwide.​

Role Title: Industrial Electrician
Location: Wyong, Central Coast NSW
Hours: Rotating Shift Pattern (7am-3pm) (3pm-11pm) (11pm+7am)
Reporting to: Electrical Manager

What you’ll do:

• Support shifts with breakdown diagnosis and repair.

• Report to and liaise with production on maintenance activities including cause and expected time frames.

• Hand over completed work to production.

• Continuous improvement of electrical and software control systems.

• Provide technical input into Root Cause Analysis of technical faults.

• Ensure all work does not impact on quality or safety systems.

• Take additional responsibility for the electrical maintenance of a defined list of equipment.

Your unique ingredients:

• Qualified electrician with current NSW Electrical License.

• Additional qualification or industry training in use of industrial control systems (Schneider, Siemens and Allen Bradley preferred).

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience using PLC software for debugging.

• Broad general knowledge of IT systems including networks.

• Knowledge of industrial hardware including 3 phase motors, variable speed drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation.
