We’re looking for an Inbound Logistics Controller to take ownership of our inbound container flows and help keep our supply chain moving efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where communication, prioritisation, and action matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be right in the thick of it, owning and coordinating inbound logistics end to end:

  • Keeping inbound containers flowing smoothly — prioritising when needed and avoiding unnecessary costs like detention and demurrage
  • Partnering closely with planners, suppliers, 3PLs, and Customs Brokers to secure space and efficient documentation clarence process.
  • Coordinating with 3PLs to ensure fast, efficient devanning and container prioritisation
  • Reconciling import, warehousing, and freight invoices
  • Continuously simplifying and improving inbound processes
  • Providing clear KPI reporting and visibility of inbound product availability
  • Supporting the Supply Chain team in continuous improvement projects.
  • All while role-modelling Mars Quality and Safety standards — keeping our people, products, and brands safe.

Who You’ll Work With

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll collaborate daily with:

  • Supply Planners
  • Global Ocean Team & overseas suppliers
  • 3PLs and Customs Brokers
  • Quality, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
  • Strong communication and the ability to influence across teams will be key to your success.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll love this role if you bring:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Finance
  • Experience in supply, freight, or logistics management (large or complex environments preferred)
  • Confidence working with 3PLs, freight providers, and SAP
  • Strong analytical skills — Excel (advanced) and Power BI a plus
  • A proactive mindset, high energy, and a “let’s fix it” attitude
