The European ICP Manager will be a key part of the transformational journey to data driven brand building with the aim of transforming the way we connect with the pet parents and their pets.

You will have a passion for working across the EU media landscape and Paid, Owned and Earned channels. You will have experience working with multiple stakeholders across markets and an ability to influence, in order to deliver brilliant data-driven media plans across multiple countries. Your inquisitive nature will be put to good use for creating exciting test & learn plans through our industry leading Firestarter programme. Your focus will be on finding new partners for our plans and driving more relevance for our brands with pet parents

What are we looking for?

  • 4 years minimum experience in through-the-line media/ comms planning
  • Strong working knowledge of the EU media landscape
  • Preference for understanding of buying media, particularly digital
  • A genuine interest in data driven marketing approaches & demonstrating clear results for advertisers
  • A passion for cats and dogs would be ideal
  • FMCG experience would be preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Co-creation of brand test and learn roadmaps across our 9 focus areas.
  • Drive the testing strategy into deployment enabling strong operational support to drive optimal test set up.
  • Support the share-out of learnings from the program to scale across follower markets.
  • Support teams to hit key milestones and timings as planned.
  • Own In-year process to manage budget/reconciliation/rephasing with ICP Deployment Heads/Brand team supported by Senior PO Manager
  • Support accuracy of annual budget forecast
  • Support the JBP Partner taskforce by unlocking media, measurement, content value with our JBP Partner.
  • Co-ordinate, allocate and track the value credits and funds from our partners.
  • Lead the creation of the media plan & execution for Petcare content platform with our agency partners and Kinship.
  • Drive awareness and acquisitions to the platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the complementary blended brand comms plan
