As our HSE Specialist, you’ll partner with the HSE tean to drive a zero-incident culture, ensure compliance with Thai regulations and Mars global standards, and build a safer, healthier environment for all Associates. Together, we’ll shape the future of safety and well-being in our Petcare business.

What You’ll Do

As our HSE Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the HSE Manager to develop, implement, and improve HSE systems, policies, and procedures in line with Mars standards and Thai regulations.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions to strengthen a proactive safety culture.
• Deliver HSE training, site monitoring, and workplace assessments to raise awareness and ensure compliance.
• Support site leadership by providing technical HSE expertise, reporting, and emergency preparedness.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience – 10 years in safety management, including ISO45001, ISO14001, occupational health, and security management.
• Key Skills – Strong knowledge of risk management in LOTO, WPT, WAH, confined space, machine safety, and contractor management.
• Soft Skills – Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving with the ability to influence and partner across functions.
• Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field, with professional Thai safety license/certification preferred.
