What are we looking for?
•Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic development, performance management, or business analysis roles, demonstrating strong leadership presence and proven experience in change management.
•Ability to navigate complex problems through effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships across various business units.
•Solid business and financial acumen, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
•Innovative thinking and analytical skills to identify key insights and drive continuous improvement.
•Experience in strategic portfolio management, overseeing multiple projects or initiatives to align with organizational goals.
•Preferred experience in a Center of Excellence or similar roles, with responsibility for managing KPI delivery and performance tracking.
What will be your key responsibilities?
•Translate business, category, and regional strategies into measurable commercial targets to inform and guide leadership decision-making.
•Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team (Regional Commercial Head) and key stakeholders to drive the execution of commercial strategy and deliver critical business results across Value Leadership, Cash, Sustainability, and Supplier-Enabled Innovation.
•Oversee the enterprise category and regional project portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment with transformational and operational objectives while facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions.
•Lead the "performance drumbeat" for the Commercial organization by owning key forums (e.g., Commodity Council, Category Strategy Execution, Value Leadership Forums) to monitor and drive results.
•Spearhead Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives for the Commercial performance capability roadmap.
•Proactively identify, monitor, and escalate risks to the appropriate forums, ensuring timely mitigation.
•Drive comprehensive performance vs. plan reviews for all value pillars across categories and regions.
•Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to optimize and standardize commercial processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
