Facility Services MRO Performance and Analytics Lead: Part of MGS Commercial, category Facility Services: Maintenance, Repair, and Operations. Leading the performance and analytics efforts for this area globally.

• Ability to interact and build partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners mainly on-site level

• A reputation of credibility and integrity within the supply organization

• Strong data analytics background

• Strong performance measuring skill

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead the performance and analytics development of the FS MRO category:

• Accountable for creating and delivering effective performance and analytics reporting of global, regional and local MRO SLAs and KPIs with and to all segments

• Owns the MRO dashboard and is the key user for MRO reporting tools. Responsible for needs identification and ensuring the development of relevant tools to enable effective reporting.

• Driving maturation through compiling relevant insights from analytics

• Responsible for identifying additional data sources to further drive standardization across service portfolio in close x-functional cooperation with e.g. MSE, Q&FS, etc.

• Developing business partnerships to ensure link to DT and other stakeholders, including MGS performance team, providing dashboards and metrics on an ongoing basis
