We’re looking for an Employer Brand Specialist who understands that employer brand is about more than careers content. It’s about shaping our reputation, telling authentic stories about our people and culture, and creating experiences that influence how current and future employees see and experience us.

This is a 12-month contract with a view to becoming permanent, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition ANZ you will help define and strengthen our employer brand and reputation. You will bring our Associate experience to life through compelling storytelling, campaigns and content, while building a clear and consistent presence across the channels and communities that matter to our talent.

You will partner closely with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications and stakeholders across the business to ensure our employer brand is authentic, distinctive and aligned to our broader organisational reputation.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and evolve our employer brand and employee value proposition.

  • Build campaigns and content that bring our people, culture and employee experience to life.

  • Strengthen our employer reputation and how we show up in the market.

  • Create engaging content across social, digital, careers and internal channels.

  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to bring ideas to life.

  • Spot opportunities to tell our story in fresh, relevant and authentic ways.

  • Use insights, data and market trends to keep our employer brand distinctive and competitive.

What you’ll bring

Coming from brand, marketing, communications or internal communications, you’ll bring fresh thinking, strong storytelling and a sharp understanding of what makes a brand compelling, and apply it to how we attract, engage and inspire our people. In addition, you will have:

  • Experience in brand, marketing, communications, internal communications or employer brand.

  • A strong creative instinct and excellent storytelling skills.

  • The ability to turn strategy into campaigns, content and experiences people remember.

  • A good understanding of audiences, channels and what makes a brand resonate.

  • Confidence working with stakeholders and bringing people along with your ideas.

  • Curiosity, energy and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
