Job Description:

This role is an incubation role (temporary) with an estimated end date of December 2026. The purpose is to fast-track and support the build of this specific product (E2E EP). At the completion of the product, a permanent BAU role will open to maintain and support the product: the role will be permanent and will have a different job description more suited to the need of the organization at end state. If you are unable to secure the role by December 2026, you will be eligible for a separation package.

You'll partner with a diverse network of Digital Technologies leaders, business stakeholders, and regional teams to architect and implement scalable digital platforms that unlock new efficiencies and business value. What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in IT, Digital Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a digital technology role focused on software development, architecture, and design.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced planning systems like OMP, Kinaxis or Blue Yonder, including hands on experience with solution and integration design development with customer systems.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role within the digital supply chain domain.
  • Strong expertise in digital supply chain technologies, including API integration and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience working in multi-region, matrixed organizations with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience managing contractors or third-party teams and exposure to digital transformation programs preferred.

Lead Strategic Innovation

  • Own and shape the technology vision and strategy for Pet Nutrition’s Supply Chain digital solutions.
  • Drive business transformation by leveraging cutting-edge digital capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Champion Mars’ Digital Flywheel mindset—embracing user-centric design, data-driven insights, automation, and agile experimentation.
  • Stay connected with external digital leaders to bring fresh ideas and accelerate value delivery.

Deliver Impactful Change

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital technologies that support global and regional supply chain goals—ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Evaluate and select emerging technologies—such as AI, cloud, and analytics—to keep Mars at the forefront of supply chain innovation.
  • Architect seamless integration across critical systems (ERP, PLM, TPM) to enable smooth data flow and operational excellence.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Optimize technology investments by enforcing standards, simplifying the tech landscape, and maximizing asset utilization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline supply chain processes through innovative digital solutions.
  • Manage projects with clear milestones and stakeholder alignment, ensuring successful execution and adoption.
  • Develop clear documentation and deliver engaging training to empower users and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve solutions by staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

  • Be a digital ambassador—promoting awareness, education, and collaboration across global and regional teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with business and technology leaders to ensure digital initiatives meet evolving needs.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 152,142.00 - USD 209,202.00
