As we continue to prioritize Sustainability as a core to your continued success in Pet Nutrition, we are looking for a Digital Senior lead in that space to bring knowledge and leadership to build our foundational sustainability digital strategy, deliver fit for purpose digital enablers, drive technology advancements and best practice adoption across Pet Nutrition in sync with our 5+5 strategy. As a Sustainability digital lead, you will be the leader responsible for identifying digital gap, data quality issues and devise a strategy for how it can be fixed through process changes.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will lead the co-creation and deployment of the digital strategy for the Sustainability area for Pet Nutrition, including identifying digital opportunities, aligning with internal and external stakeholders, and executing the agenda.
  • You will build Excellence Business Partnership and Co-leading the sustainability digital agenda with the sustainability and functional leads (Procurement, Supply, R&D), partnering extensively with functional and digital leaders (VP and Director level) and collaborate with cross-functional global and regional Pet Nutrition and corporate teams.
  • You will drive and ensure effective selection and delivery of the most appropriate digital solutions within the sustainability scope, ensuring full alignment to Pet Nutrition’s wider digital Strategy to meet and exceed the strategic goals.
  • You will apply program and project management best practice throughout, ensuring most effective use of resources and stakeholder engagement.
  • You will be responsible also include digital budget management, planning and status reporting, scope control, change management, and people leadership, amongst other dimensions.

What are we looking for?

  • You will have extensive experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Technology or equivalent experience.
  • You will have worked on managing digital projects, with a proven track record of success in managing projects.
  • You will have experience managing complex IT programs and capabilities with proven business partnering abilities while keeping in mind broader strategy/goals.
  • You will have experience in identifying and selecting digital solutions that are fit for purpose.
  • You will have experience in new technologies experience preferably with a continuous improvement and DevOps history.
