Job Description:

The Data Scientist Analyst supports data-driven decision making across omni sales, supply and forecasting, and category management. This role translates complex data into clear insights and develops reporting tools that improve visibility and business performance.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms
  • Experience working with Scintilla, Nielsen, or syndicated retail data preferred
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience with Python or similar programming language preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Generate insights to support decision making across sales, supply, and category teams
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using data sources such as Scintilla, Nielsen, and internal supply data
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Present insights clearly to business stakeholders to support action and decision making
  • Improve data collection processes and connect multiple data sources to unlock deeper insights
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity across reporting and analysis
