The Data & Analytics Lead- Commercial and VL Solution will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data and analytics solutions to develop cutting-edge products that empower commercial function to make data-driven decisions and thrive in today's competitive digital space.

What are we looking for?

  • D&A Delivery supporting a Product-Centric Strategy: Spearhead the D&A delivery of a comprehensive product strategy for the Commercial D&A product suite, aligned with PN overall growth vision, priorities and goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy ensuring effective collection, storage, and utilization of relevant data. Contribute to the development of a sound data foundation for all growth initiatives.

  • Analytics Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions that scale and are aligned with product objectives set out in the roadmap.

  • Team Leadership, Development and Collaborative delivery: Lead a small high performing D&A team (<5) or partner with other resources (internal, external/vendor), fostering collaboration and skill development.

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Executional Excellence and Results Delivery: Focused on value creation and exceptional adoption of created capabilities to deliver impact/ results through routine or advanced analytics, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

    • Partner for Impact: Partner with global and regional commercial and value leadership teams on the use of data and analytics tools and platforms to collaboratively transform our collective capabilities and maturity, and drive a culture of data driven, informed decision-making.

    • Data Insights and Reporting: Extract actionable insights from data, providing timely reports to guide product decisions.

    • Performance Measurement and KPI Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and impact.

    • Data Communication and Training: Effectively communicate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training to product teams.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data initiatives and business objectives.

    • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and with agreed governance practices for data accuracy, interoperability, integrity and security of our data assets.
