What you will do:

Data Analysis & Visualization:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Utilize Excel for deep-dive analytics, predictive modeling, and ad-hoc reporting.

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive revenue growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions and improve the sales cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal functions such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.
  • Lead data-driven discussions and workshops to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and insight generation.
  • Develop best practices for data governance and management across the organization.

Mentorship & Leadership:

  • Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an analytics or similar role, with a focus on Enterprise Sales.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including advanced functions, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SaaS and understanding of sales cycles and revenue drivers in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $127,000 - $160,000 annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
