About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Food Nutrition segment, where we bring people together through flavour.
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Systems Analyst.
This unique role is designed to and develop leadership skills while working closely with our Customer Experience Manager, offering a blend of hands-on systems management and strategic developmental responsibilities. You will be the backbone of our Supply Chain systems, ensuring they run smoothly while also stepping up to co-lead strategic projects that shape the future of our customer experience.
What you’ll do:
Monitor and resolve errors across all operating systems, including SAP.
Act as the primary contact for system issues, manage user onboarding, and handle setup for new partners, coordinate system changes and upgrades across the Supply Chain team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external customers.
Proactively manage customer queries with timely and effective communication.
Support and co-lead supply chain improvement initiatives and automation projects.
Prepare data and provide insights for our S&OP+ process and customer planning meetings.
Participate in high-level customer collaboration, including joint business planning alongside senior managers.
Oversee the process for finished goods donation and destruction.
Manage aged, obsolete, and blocked inventory, and collaborate with our charity partners.
Prepare for and participate in all audits related to Supply Chain systems and processes.
