Job Description:

1. Responsible for the design of offline merchandising tools across Omni Channel;
2. Overall manage the end-to-end process of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), covering the full-cycle control from planning, ordering, production to final delivery;
3. Coordinate with regional teams, finance department and NC store teams to ensure that the objectives related to merchandising tools in the "Future of Sales" plan are achieved on time and in quantity;
4. Timely collect feedback on merchandising tools from regions and stores, and promote the continuous innovation and design optimization of merchandising tools.
