Applications Product Manager - Order to Cash and Physical Logistics | Mars Global Services| hybrid | Guararema

The Applications Product Manager manages the team that provides functional and technical expertise on the Order to Cash and Physical Logistics area as in charge of design, development, deployment, further evolution and support of Global Applications products to business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process, deliver continuous mprovement, deployment project roles and service introduction project roles.

This role will be part of the Global Business Delivery Services team based in different locations across the globe.

What are we looking for?

  • Leadership of Products and Services with global responsibilities around design, development, further evolution and support with a global geographical scope.

  • Role implies coordination and communication with multiple IT internal teams, in the same Division or in other Mars Divisions.

  • Also involves interaction and communication with Business users, especially with regards to Core Product and Services request deliveries in Order to Cash and Physical Logistics area.

  • Role involves managing 3rd party partners.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Service and Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs. Availability, performance, etc), in a Agile and DevOps model.

  • Order to Cash and Physical Logistics Product Management overall accountability, including lifecycle management for services and products.

  • Escalation point for any business demands, working with his team and Business stakeholders to address, engaging all resources needed for solve this demand.

  • Budget management for all product area and functions.

  • Line Management of team, with coach and development as well responsible to assure resources knowledge on Mars business processes and development/projects techniques and methodologies.
