Localisation: Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier) or Haguenau (30 minutes from Strasbourg) or Slough (United Kigdom)
Type of contract: permanent contract
This role in the CoE is responsible for the design and build of new capabilities for Inbound logistics required for the Make to Deliver template. The role will design solutions for External Manufacturing and Direct Material Suppliers, by providing capabilities to support the supply chain processes, which includes the CoPacking activities, and consignment inventories.
The primary responsibility is to build and support the deployment of new capabilities in partnership with Royal Canin & Pet Nutrition Business Process Leads, System Integrator and SAP 3rd parties.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years’ Experience with SAP ERP platform
- Experience in the full development cycle of SAP
- Strong knowledge of External Manufacturing and CoPacking processes, ideally Mars Petcare
- Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to deliver through others.
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, Manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Good technical knowledge of SAP ERP MM module
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Works with Process Owners to define External Manufacturing, Supplier Collaboration and CoPacking requirements
- Work closely with the Mars DT development team to define the design and ensure the deliverables progress as expected
- Drive the System integrator to deliver the design of core -SAP S/4 - and edge as specified
- Collaborates with development and support teams and any other Mars DT team that need to be involved on the design and build discussion
- Collaborate with peers from other End-to-End processes, e.g. Procure-to-Pay to design seamless cross-functional processes within Core & Edge solutions
- Working with global stakeholders and process in each function and other segments
- Support deployment teams in implementing the solution that will have been designed
- Work with Pet nutrition experts to ensure the deliverable will be compatible
- Ensure design follows Segregation of Duty principles with Security Team
