System Solution Architect (Supply Chain) | hybrid | Guararema

The System Solution Architect (Supply Chain) is a technical leadership role that oversees the consistent reliability of supply chain products, fuelled by leveraging solution architecting skills, that are critical to the success of our supply chain planning applications in BDS. This role is responsible for the architecture, design and optimization supply chain platforms to business user. The role operates globally and partners with business team across the geography.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • The role is accountable for effective and proportionate governance to approve or reject high level solution designs and solution architecture.
  • Working with development team- expected to work with Vendor's team to guide and offer expert advice to ensure the application is built to the highest standards and is in line with the solutions meet business requirements.
  • Accountable to assure the design is protected and the global/mandate processes are secured with deployed changes.
  • The role is responsible to drive architectural governance in partnership with business team.
  • Participate on new design for solutions, services and products together with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Transformational programs, Strategic Functional Capabilities, Business Partnership, etc.

Roadmap to achieve the target architecture:

  • Accountable for design a roadmap to move from the current state architecture to the target architecture for SCP portfolio of products.
  • Responsible to develop integration strategies of SCP application in line with business needs and meeting MARS EA principles.
  • Responsible to assess the impacts and approving all the initiatives in relation to SCP products and services to support decision making to extend support in design decision making.

Stakeholder engagement and management:

  • Responsible to collaborate with business team globally and regionally to ensure the architectural support.
  • Collaborate with several IT teams within MARS globally to align on the architectural proposals.

What are we looking for?

  • Candidate should be mainly from IT Background.
  • Strong Supply Chain Planning knowledge in functional and on various SCP solutions such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, etc. preferred in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Design integration strategies for supply chain systems by ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Plan and manage data flow and communication between Inbound and outbound systems of SCP application landscape.
