Industrial Engineer [Location] Salary: [Optional] We’re looking for an Industrial Engineer who will drive improvement agenda through the development, engagement and managing of Site. Another area of the role is to primarily represent supply within innovation project teams and provide inputs on behalf of supply division, clearly highlights supply capabilities, risks and opportunities. What are we looking for? Higher education. Preferably with Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance or Economics qualifications. Proven analytical capability and change management capability Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and pipeline practices Efficiency management skills Project management skills English level – fluent verbal and written What will be your key responsibilities? You’ll plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization. You’ll review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. You’ll estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control. You’ll draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer. You’ll coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs. What can you expect from Mars?
