Are you our new TMS Coordinator?

We Offer

As the TMS Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate training logistics for the TMS client workforce in alignment with the clients training matrix. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of organizing and upholding the training needs of TMS client employees, which includes booking courses, scheduling training sessions, and acquiring and distributing certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and booking of courses in-house and with trusted partners.

  • Proactively monitoring and managing training needs.

  • Identifying and communicating with suitable vendors.

  • Update and maintain the relevant learning management system.

  • Manage status of bookings, ensuring that any changes are captured accordingly.

  • Notify employees of any changes.

  • Adhere to Departmental and Client processes.

  • Liaise with travel agents to book logistics.

  • Undertake additional duties as requested by TMS Manager.

  • Ensure key performance indicators are met.

  • Generate and issue reports as per agreement with the client.

  • Manage and maintain excellent collaboration with the client.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a person with excellent communication and organisational skills. Customer service experience will be an advantage, especially within the Oil & Gas or Renewables Industry.

  • Must be highly self-driven and result oriented

  • Must have excellent communication skills.

  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office applications.

  • Have the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of the Oil & Gas and/or Renewables Industry is an advantage.
