As a Talent Acquisition Coordination Associate for Maersk Front Line People Organization(FLPO) in North America/Latin America(NAM/LAM), you’ll play a vital part in our success. You’ll support the Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist with the logistic effort of the recruitment process and guide selected candidates during their next steps, once accepting the offer; always safeguarding a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Acquisition Coordination Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute actions that could lead to a great candidate experience by providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies (NAM/LAM).
- Support Recruitment Specialists in recruitment activities where relevant.
- Manage interviewing/assessments calendar and coordinate between candidate, HR, and hiring manager.
- Initiate background checks and pre-boarding due diligence activities.
- Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow HR).
- Liaise with third-party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR.
- Execute actions that could lead to a high degree of key stakeholder satisfaction.
Skills/Competencies:
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Products
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of Recruitment or HR experience from an international diversified business, in combination with exposure from a Shared Services Centre environment or an agency would be beneficial
- Candidate-centric mindset
- Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results
- Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of Workday and/or Service Now will be desired
