Misión:

Como Staffing Analyst serás responsable de ejecutar y asegurar el proceso de adquisición de talento y la contratación a tiempo, siempre de acuerdo con las necesidades de la organización y siguiendo las políticas establecidas por la compañía, contribuyendo activamente al desarrollo de los objetivos de Recursos Humanos.

Ubicación: Querétaro

Responsabilidades:

Actividades de Reclutamiento

  • Asegurar el proceso de contratación para las posiciones y la incorporación (on-boarding), garantizando la permanencia del empleado.
  • Llevar a cabo la creación de redes/convenios (acuerdos, universidades, bolsas de trabajo, etc.) necesarios para garantizar la cobertura de los requerimientos en tiempo y forma.
  • Proponer e innovar estrategias efectivas y fuentes de reclutamiento para mantener siempre un pool o pipeline de candidatos disponibles.
  • Ser el contacto con proveedores de reclutamiento externos (si aplica) para el reclutamiento masivo de grupos destinados a capacitación.
  • Colaborar en el proceso de inducción e incorporación de nuevos empleados.
  • Lograr la integración de los expedientes de ingreso para su entrega al área de nómina.
  • Mantener los registros del proceso de R&S (Reclutamiento y Selección) según lo exijan los requisitos legales y corporativos.
  • Seguir y actualizar los procedimientos y directrices de calidad (documentos auditables, procedimientos, formatos y registros aplicables al área).
  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos y los registros de sus procesos para conservar la trazabilidad del mismo.


Responsabilidades Ambientales

  • Contribuir a que el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) logre los resultados esperados.
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y otros requisitos aplicables en el área de trabajo.
  • Seguir los procesos en términos ambientales con respecto a la Respuesta a Emergencias, investigación de incidentes, identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos establecidos en la compañía.
  • Separar adecuadamente los residuos en el área de trabajo, previniendo que se conviertan en un factor de riesgo de contaminación.
  • Reportar cualquier anomalía de la maquinaria y el equipo que pueda implicar un riesgo de contaminación.
  • Hacer un uso adecuado de los recursos (agua, energía, etc.).
  • Reportar condiciones inseguras que impacten el medio ambiente.

Requerimientos:

Licenciatura Concluída

3 años de experiencia en posición similar

Inglés intermedio avanzado

As the Staffing Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and ensuring the talent acquisition process and hiring on time, always according to the organization's needs and following company policies, while actively contributing to the development of Human Resources objectives.

Location: Queretaro

Responsibilities

Recruitment Activities

  • Ensure the hiring process for positions and the on-boarding process, guaranteeing employee permanence/retention.
  • Carry out the creation of necessary networks/covenants (agreements, universities, job exchanges, etc.) to guarantee coverage of requirements in a timely and correct manner.
  • Propose and innovate effective strategies and recruitment sources to always maintain a talent pool or pipeline of available candidates.
  • Be the contact point with external recruitment providers (if applicable) for the mass recruitment of groups intended for training.
  • Collaborate in the induction and incorporation process of new employees.
  • Achieve the integration of new hire files for delivery to the payroll area.
  • Maintain records of the R&S (Recruitment and Selection) process as required by legal and corporate mandates.
  • Follow and update quality procedures and guidelines (auditable documents, procedures, formats, and records applicable to the area).
  • Keep process databases and records up to date to maintain process traceability.


Environmental Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Environmental Management System (EMS) achieving the expected results.
  • Contribute to compliance with legal and other applicable requirements in the work area.
  • Follow the environmental processes regarding Emergency Response, incident investigation, hazard identification, and risk assessment established by the company.
  • Properly separate waste in the work area, preventing it from becoming a risk factor for contamination.
  • Report any anomaly in machinery and equipment that may imply a risk of contamination.
  • Make proper use of resources (water, energy, etc.).
  • Report unsafe conditions that impact the environment.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree completed.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Language: Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
