Job Description
Team: Reports to TAA Manager and is responsible for advising and executing sourcing strategies in the region to bring in the right talent for the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategies
- Building trusted partnerships with APAC business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
- Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organization; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations.
- Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events.
- Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences.
- Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments.
- Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition.
- Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence.
Key interdependencies:
- Internal stakeholders: Extended TAA team, People Business Partner, People partners, People advisors, CEN TAA team, Employees and Managers.
- External stakeholders: Vendors, Potential candidates, recruitment community forums, universities/ campus.
Who we are looking for:
- Total of 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in recruiting-related roles.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives.
- Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills.
