We are looking for a candidate responsible for end-to-end site administration, covering facilities upkeep, employee transport, canteen operations, compliance, and audit support. The role manages third-party staff and vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to labour laws, workplace policies, and service standards.

You're Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of site infrastructure, keeping facilities safe, compliant with health and safety standards, and coordinating repairs or improvements with staff and external contractors

Transport & Canteen Management

Oversees employee transportation services through efficient scheduling, safe vendor vehicle management, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, supervises canteen activities, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and service standards while collaborating with catering vendors to provide diverse, nutritious meal options and continuous improvements.

Site Compliance & Audit Support

Supports compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies by assisting audits, maintaining documentation, and driving corrective actions. Contributes to HSSE initiatives through safety standards enforcement, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure ongoing site compliance and operational integrity.

Third-Party Staff Management

Acts as the primary liaison for third-party staff, overseeing onboarding, training, scheduling, and compliance with labour laws and workplace policies. Maintains accurate records, monitors attendance and leave, and ensures proper use of systems. Generates workforce reports, analyzes trends in attrition and productivity, and supports staffing plans to drive operational efficiency and employee alignment

Third-Party Vendor Administration

Manages vendor relationships to ensure SLAs, compliance with labour laws, and proper documentation for staff. Oversees smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, provides performance and attendance feedback for corrective action, and maintains records to track improvements and accountability.

Invoice Management

Ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices by verifying calculations, contracts, and supporting documents. Manages approval workflows, resolves discrepancies, and maintains organized records. Conducts regular checks on vendor salary claims to ensure compliance and prevent payment issues.
