Job Description

Locations: Hai Thanh CFS warehouse - Hai Thanh industrial zone - Pham Van Dong street - Hai Thanh ward - Duong Kinh district – Hai Phong (no shuttle bus service).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal use of facilities, including accommodation, furniture, equipment, and supporting services, while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements for equipment and property.
  • Manage property-related activities such as insurance and supply arrangements.
  • Schedule and oversee building repairs, installations, and maintenance work with vendors and internal teams.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate equipment lists and schedule regular preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide Facilities & Administration (FNA) consulting and operational services aligned with business strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Education: College or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification: Preferably holds a professional certification in Facility Management.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in warehouse and logistics environments.
  • Familiarity with 5S/7S, ISO, and C-TPAT standards is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and passionate about facility management.
  • Experience working in warehouse settings is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel flexibly between different warehouse locations.
  • Hands-on experience in performing basic repairs and maintenance
