Software Java Engineer (Code, System design)

Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong development experience and a
design-thinking approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about
building scalable, user-centric solutions and has a solid foundation in software engineering
principles. Knowledge of automation, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a
strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Development
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code using modern programming languages and
frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Design Thinking
• Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive and impactful solutions.
• Prototype and iterate quickly to validate ideas.

Automation & DevOps (Plus)
• Contribute to building CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Assist in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Support operational excellence through monitoring and reliability practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Core Java / python tech stack.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of observability tools and SRE concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a design-thinking mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
