We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team, who would be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java Spring technology.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java Spring framework.
• Proficiency in Reactive and Functional programming
• Proficiency in Kafka, Event Streaming
• Experience with SQL, NOSQL databases
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and able to articulate technical complexity to be understood by both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Customer-focused, whether responding to support queries or developing new features and functionality.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (optional).
• Open-source contributions or personal projects showcasing skills.
• AI/ML skills and experience
