Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend expertise in .NET technologies along with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Flutter. Exposure to Java and the broader JavaScript ecosystem would be an added advantage.

This role requires a combination of deep technical skills, solution design capabilities, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET, and modern web technologies. Java , Java script , would be an added benefit
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, React, or Flutter.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and technology decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers.

APIs & Microservices

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Ensure API scalability, security, reliability, and proper documentation.
• Implement event-driven and distributed system patterns where appropriate.

Database Technologies

• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across systems.

Cloud & DevOps

• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Leverage Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Ensure application security, monitoring, scalability, and cost optimization.

Agile Delivery

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework: Angular, React, or Flutter.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented design, and system architecture.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• B/E , B-Tech , Post graduation .
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD) and cloud-native application development.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and driving engineering best practices.
• Azure Certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 15+ years of overall software development experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+).
• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solution design, architecture, and technical leadership.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
