
Senior Process Optimization Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the digital transformation journey by implementing multiple platforms across the GCA area, with the objective of enabling comprehensive end-to-end process optimization and automation, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to various area-level problem-solving initiatives by constructively challenging existing practices that do not generate customer value, and actively support the execution of strategic priorities outlined in the GCA area business plan.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, fostering strong and enduring relationships across integrated products—including BKS, Landside, LCL, and CHB—to ensure alignment and collaboration across all operational units.
- Facilitate or support Kaizen event workshops across clients and product lines to drive service and operational excellence. Co-develop or lead Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) that deliver measurable savings in cost or effort across multiple functions.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset and enhance lean capabilities across the GCA organization using Lean, Six Sigma, and OPEX tools.
Who We are Looking for:
- 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in Lean and Project Management
- Experience in leading platform implementation and digital transformation
- Ability to support or facilitate Kaizen workshop to identify areas for improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, good at senior stakeholder management and communication skill.
- Change management - ability to drive changes, adoption, training, and compliance to standard processes.
- Highly analytical skills, strong problem-solving capability, and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and come up with creative solutions.
- Passion for quick learning and adapting in a fast-paced agile global environment and matrix organization.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
