Job Description

This role will support supervisor to oversee outbound activity in the warehouse

TỔ TRƯỞNG KHO/TỔ TRƯỞNG VẬN HÀNH - VSIP 2, TDM, Bình Dương

🔑 Nhiệm vụ chính
• Đào tạo đầu vào & định kỳ cho nhân viên vận hành.
• Sắp xếp công việc theo kế hoạch kho: nhập hàng, đóng gói, xuất hàng, kiểm kê.
• Giám sát quy trình vận hành tuân thủ SOP.
• Giám sát, báo cáo & xử lý vấn đề liên quan đến 4M (Con người – Máy móc – Nguyên vật liệu – Phương pháp)
• Hoàn thành nhiệm vụ đội theo kế hoạch, không để xảy ra sai sót lớn.

✅ Yêu cầu
• Tốt nghiệp THPT (ưu tiên).
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý vận hành kho hoặc sản xuất là lợi thế.
• Cẩn thận, chăm chỉ, thích nghi với thiết bị kho (máy scan, máy tính).
• Biết sử dụng Excel và tiếng Anh cơ bản là lợi thế.
• Tuân thủ KPI của bộ phận.
