
Job Description
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for executing day-to-day GRC delivery activities, including control testing, evidence review, documentation, and operational issue support, in line with defined methodologies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute control testing activities in accordance with approved test plan and procedures.
Perform evidence collection, validation, and analysis to support assurance conclusions.
Coordination with the stakeholders for data requirement, process understanding, Issue
discussions and required support.
Accurately document testing results, observations, and supporting rationale in GRC tools.
Maintain testing documentation, working papers, and control records to ensure audit readiness.
Seek clarifications proactively and escalate uncertainties to leads.
Support issue monitoring activities, including status updates and evidence tracking.
Perform GRC tool updates related to issues, action plans, and remediation evidence.
Assist in data extraction and basic reporting for GRC dashboards.
Support 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) trainings, including coordination and documentation
Qualifications and Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA)
4-5 years of post‑qualification experience in GRC, internal audit, risk assurance, compliance testing, or similar roles.
Hands‑on experience in:
Control testing and evidence review
Documentation of testing results and observations
Supporting issue tracking and remediation activities
Working with structured methodologies and defined SOPs
Working or basic exposure to GRC tools
Foundational understanding of COSO / ERM frameworks
Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or assurance engagements
