
Regional Quality Manager (Asia Pacific)

Key responsibilities
Quality Management Systems, Certification & Compliance
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 certification across targeted Asia Pacific sites, including Air, Cold Stores, and Cold Chain Logistics operations.
Conduct internal quality audits and deliver quality awareness and training programmes in line with the Enterprise QMS roadmap and audit plan.
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to support Enterprise QMS deployment and PRIME programme initiatives that strengthen quality performance and compliance.
Maintain and govern a regional register of external certifications, including ISO, TAPA, SQAS, GxP, and GFSI, in collaboration with Centre Quality and country/site stakeholders.
Provide subject matter expertise on quality management systems, certification requirements, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support country and site teams on quality-related matters across logistics operations, including air freight, trucking, warehousing, cargo handling, and other supply chain activities.
Quality Governance, Performance & Stakeholder Partnership
Support the implementation of global quality standards, policies, and best practices across the region.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to promote quality governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a quality-focused culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational quality, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and business performance.
Support regional product and sales teams in customer engagements, audits, and business development activities on quality-related matters.
Monitor, analyse, and report quality KPIs and performance metrics, leveraging insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Serve as a regional quality contact for Automotive, Pharma, and Food Safety Management Systems, providing guidance on customer requirements, CAPAs, and regulatory compliance.
Support customer-related pharma CAPAs, particularly in locations with limited quality resources.
We’re looking for
Certified Lead Auditor qualification preferred.
Proven experience conducting audits and managing certification programmes across recognised standards.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other certification frameworks such as TAPA, GxP, GFSI, SQAS, or Food Safety Management Systems.
Experience preparing organisations for external audits and certification processes.
Proven experience deploying and governing quality management frameworks across multiple sites, countries, or business units in a regional environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance compliance requirements and business objectives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation.
