Process Intelligence & AI Analyst

AI Engineering includes roles focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include building and maintaining AI/GenAI applications, intelligent automation frameworks, AI agents, machine learning models, and process intelligence solutions; identifying automation opportunities; integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems; and ensuring scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption across the organization. The role may also involve leveraging process mining and process intelligence techniques to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The professional stream includes individual contributors whose primary focus is applying advanced AI, automation, data, and process intelligence expertise to deliver business outcomes rather than people management. Coaching less experienced colleagues, providing technical guidance, leading workstreams, and driving AI adoption across functions are common expectations.

Individual work ranges from delivering AI solutions and automation initiatives to serving as a subject matter expert in AI engineering, intelligent automation, process intelligence, and Generative AI technologies. As experience grows, the role increasingly influences technology strategy, automation roadmaps, architecture decisions, and organizational AI transformation initiatives.

A colleague at this level possesses strong expertise in AI, machine learning, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and process intelligence methodologies. They apply this knowledge to solve complex business challenges, optimize operations, and develop innovative solutions within established governance frameworks and enterprise standards. The colleague operates with a high degree of independence, handling most situations autonomously while seeking guidance on highly complex, strategic, or emerging topics.

The colleague maintains a strong understanding of business objectives, operational processes, data ecosystems, and the interdependencies between technology and business functions. They collaborate across teams to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value through automation, insights, and process optimization.

At senior levels, colleagues may lead AI and automation programs, define technical standards, mentor teams of engineers and analysts, and influence organizational priorities related to AI, digital transformation, process excellence, and intelligent operations. They are accountable for driving solution delivery, innovation, adoption, and business impact across multiple initiatives.
