  • Execute talent and succession plans, facilitate talent discussions alongside Global PBP, and ensure high quality talent data and documented follow‑through in Workday.
  • Leverage people analytics and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle; translate insights into clear narratives for leaders and partner with them on practical, business‑led solutions.
  • Partner with leaders on employee pulse survey results, supporting interpretation of insights and facilitating meaningful action planning to improve engagement and employee experience.
  • Track progress of agreed pulse actions, challenge leaders where needed, and connect insights into broader people, talent, and organizational plans.
  • Support workforce planning activities, aligning demand, capacity, and future capability needs with business strategy.
  • Ensure strong cost governance, including headcount control.
  • Partner with delivery teams and local People Partners on employee relations matters, sensitive cases, and escalations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Workday, payroll, and cost center updates following organizational, staffing, or talent changes.
  • Act as a talent broker, promoting internal mobility, career development, and talent continuity across the organization.
