Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The Global Function People Partner acts as a strategic partner and advisor to Global Leaders, enabling business outcomes through insightful people analytics, effective workforce planning, strong governance, and consistent delivery of global people processes across geographies.
- Partner with Global Leaders and leadership teams as the primary point of contact for people related matters, providing guidance, challenge, and coaching.
- Drive delivery of the annual People Cycle, including performance management, talent and succession planning, compensation, Annual Salary Review, and development activities.
- Own and coordinate ASR activities for global leader populations, ensuring leader enablement, data accuracy, budget governance, and timely completion in Workday.
- Execute talent and succession plans, facilitate talent discussions alongside Global PBP, and ensure high quality talent data and documented follow‑through in Workday.
- Leverage people analytics and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle; translate insights into clear narratives for leaders and partner with them on practical, business‑led solutions.
- Partner with leaders on employee pulse survey results, supporting interpretation of insights and facilitating meaningful action planning to improve engagement and employee experience.
- Track progress of agreed pulse actions, challenge leaders where needed, and connect insights into broader people, talent, and organizational plans.
- Support workforce planning activities, aligning demand, capacity, and future capability needs with business strategy.
- Ensure strong cost governance, including headcount control.
- Partner with delivery teams and local People Partners on employee relations matters, sensitive cases, and escalations.
- Ensure timely and accurate Workday, payroll, and cost center updates following organizational, staffing, or talent changes.
- Act as a talent broker, promoting internal mobility, career development, and talent continuity across the organization.
What are we looking for
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or People Partner role with end‑to‑end exposure to core HR disciplines.
- Proven experience partnering with Senior level leaders in complex environments.
- Experience operating in large, global, matrixed organizations across multiple cultures and geographies.
- Strong capability in using people data and analytics to generate insights, tell a compelling story, and influence decision‑making.
- Ability to adapt working style across cultures, time zones, and leadership preferences.
- Highly collaborative, with strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, transformation, and change in a fast‑paced global context.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is an advantage.
