The People Services & Operations team (including Payroll) plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality HR services across a range of advisory and administrative functions. This role focuses on supporting and executing established HR solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Work independently within defined guidelines to complete tasks in Payroll and Time & Attendance
Apply practical knowledge of systems, procedures, and compliance requirements
Evaluate and select solutions from known alternatives within the area of expertise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
We are looking for:
3 year of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or a related HR operations role
Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor regulations, and compliance standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Workday - HRIS and time tracking systems
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
