Our dynamic and international team of 25 professionals is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and experienced Offshore Operations and Maintenance Lead to support and prepare us for the execution phase of offshore charging. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our O&M strategy to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our charging systems.

The position will be part of the Technical team in Copenhagen, and you will report directly to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Stillstrom and have a close collaboration across Stillstrom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the offshore operations and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, protocols, and manuals to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Assist in ongoing testing and commissioning of offshore charging systems.

• Monitor, record, and evaluate the performance of offshore charger equipment, identifying areas for improvement.

• Conduct and supervise maintenance activities on offshore installations.

• Oversee maintenance tasks to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to offshore charging systems.

• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high standards of performance and safety.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist the Purchasing Department in defining subcontractors and services scope of work.

• Assist to develop the aftermarket and spare part approach for the offshore charging product.

Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Operations, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore operations and maintenance. HV system, rotating equipment and control experience is beneficial.

• Strong knowledge of offshore safety and environmental regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a challenging offshore environment and adapt to changing conditions.

• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.

• Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel and work to offshore locations as required.
