Contract Management Senior Specialist - OCEANIA
Key Responsibilities:
Contract and rate management, ensuring accurate pricing setup, contract execution, billing readiness, and downstream operational integrity across systems (e.g., Athena, FACT, SCP).
Contract & Rate Management
Manage contract lifecycle including rate filing, amendments, renewals
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely rate setup in systems (Athena / FACT )
System Execution & Data Management
Convert and upload rate cards into system platforms with high data accuracy
Ensure correct pricing logic, charge mapping, and compliance with system requirements
Billing & Financial Operations Enablement
Enable accurate billing and invoicing through correct rate setup
Support dispute resolution, collections, and financial accuracy (P&L impact) link to rate filing issues
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate across Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment
Follow up on missing inputs, contract clarifications, and dependencies.
Who are we looking for :
Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
At least 4 and above years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, supply chain operations shipping/forwarding/supply chain industries.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Good to have Data Analysis Skills
MS Office Proficient
Above-average stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.
