We – Maersk Project Logistics – have an opening as Project Manager within our Renewables Projects team. We handle all types of transportation for our clients, both over-dimensional and containerized, which means our workday is very diverse and not 2 days are alike. MPL Project Manager

The position offers a great opportunity to be part of a growing team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our increased focus on Project Logistics. You will be part of a newly established team of 8 hard working colleagues based in different locations in Europe, where you can play an important part in building up the structure and future growth. Our team desire to deliver “Best in Class” project coordination, effective communication, cost awareness and continuous improvements which supports the Maersk growth aspirations and the success of our customers within Project Logistics.

As a Project Manager, you will be a part of Maersk Project Logistics working with end-to-end transport solutions. Your main area will be working with OOG (Out of Gauge) end-to-end transport within the renewables sector. The position requires strong operationally freight forwarding skills led by a high level of communication and coordination. Together with the team you will play a key role in delivering tailor-made logistics solutions and coordination of various projects for our customers as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and Coordination of end-to-end transport solutions of OOG cargo.

  • Project coordination and execution, including financial responsibility.

  • Operational Excellence and internal cooperation, including reporting and data discipline.

What we are seeking:

  • Skilled Freight Forwarder or Transport Project Coordinator with years of experience.

  • Great marked knowledge within European road transportation would be a benefit.

The position is located in Aarhus, Denmark.
