MbM Processes Manager

Job Description

This role will would manage the execution of the SCM operation process in Chongqing. Focus on delivering superior customer experience and drive profitability of the business handled.

Safety Management:

  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards to create a safer work environment.
  • Manage the implementation of the BCP Framework and conduct BCP mock drills to ensure readiness.

Customer/ Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage new client implementations for MCBKS and SCM products, assisting sales and solution engineers in delivering customer solutions based on client requirements.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to customer engagement at the leadership level, offering suggestions and solutions to enhance value.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal and external teams, such as front office, transformation, functional product, finance, and program management teams.

Operational Excellence (OPEX):

  • Embed Operational Excellence as a fundamental aspect of execution, focusing on process improvement, centralization, standardization, and automation.
  • Identify process gaps and root causes, implementing improvements to enhance KPIs and service levels.
  • Implement quality initiatives that enhance profitability and financial performance.

Team Development:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies that maximize performance and efficiency, by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognizing achievements.
  • Develop initiatives to build a robust pipeline of talent and succession planning for both leaders and key staffs.
  • Foster a workplace culture that values diversity, engagement, and high performance among employees.

Identify training and development needs for both leaders and their teams, facilitating opportunities for growth and advancement.
