Job Description
The BP role is expected to play a pivot role within our transformation journey. Is expected to drive standardization, SCP adoption and process improvements to unlock and maximize the potential of the Lead Logistics organization.
The role is expected to bridge the frontline CX agents with the XPOs to ensure the transformation agenda is embedded into the routines. This includes development, governance and optimization of process to enable better performance, higher efficiency and superior customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Process standardization
Process standardization refers to the establishment and implementation of uniform and consistent procedures (defined by FPO – Aris), methods, and best practices within the area to achieve the desired efficiency, quality, and
reliability objectives.
Process improvements
Systematic efforts to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of business processes. It involves the identification, analysis, and implementation of changes to existing processes with the goal of achieving better
results.
Platforms adoption
Accelerate the SCP and other platform adoptions in LL organization. Support L&D to equip the platform knowledge, understand the execution requirements to enhance the platforms and work with XPOs to continuously evolve and enhance the platforms to improve the user and customer experience.
People Capabilities
Actively engage with Area and GSC stakeholders to identify training needs and support requirements. Feedback to HR/LnD team to arrange the trainings and improve the capabilities in LL organization.
We are looking for:
Strong Operation Excellent mindset knowledge and experience
Expertise on our platform functionalities like SCP and CM
Excellent understanding of end to end operation process of Lead Logistics
Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Energetic, well organized and self initiated
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure keeping quality in focus
Basic Lean, process improvement experience
English fluency
