As a Freight Audit Delivery Associate, you will review and audit freight invoices from vendors to ensure accurate payment for verified charges. You will also be responsible for efficiently sharing and maintaining invoice information for all shipments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception, audit, acceptance, and dispute follow-up of vendor invoices.

  • Revision of billed amounts against tender amounts to ensure agreed payments.

  • Analysis and validation of rejected invoices and extra costs/non-plan charges.

  • Creation and sharing of KPI reports on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with tender terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience, with essential knowledge of audit systems and payment processes. Familiarity with finance is desirable.

  • Strong proficiency in transportation systems, especially Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Macros is a plus).

  • Intermediate level of English (B2).

  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Teamwork and cooperation.

  • Effective communication.
