Finance & Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Finance & Customer Service Specialist. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and data in Excel, while also building strong relationships with clients. Whether you're early in your career or looking to pivot into logistics and finance, we welcome candidates with a passion for learning and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first-class customer service to clients, ensuring professionalism and efficiency at all times.
Use Excel to analyze data, create pivot tables, charts, and reports to support financial and operational decision-making.
Process and verify financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment records in line with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
Support client problem-solving by understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Generate internal and external reports, including client KPIs and performance metrics.
Monitor supplier performance and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Participate in supply chain and finance-related projects and initiatives.
Attend client meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong interest in finance, data analysis, and customer service.
Is confident using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and eager to deepen their skills.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in logistics or finance is a plus, but not required.
