
FLPO Implementation Partner - Americas (NAM / LAM)
Job Description
The Implementation Partner plays a critical role in embedding performance routines and strengthening leadership capability across the regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving consistent adoption of performance practices including reflections, career conversations and team alignment sessions
- Enabling talent processes such as succession planning, development planning and capability uplift
- Supporting People Partners through education and training to build confidence in delivery and data-driven decision making
- Reinforcing engagement with global solutions through structured enablement, communications and aligned planning cycles
This role is also instrumental in embedding cornerstone solutions such as MPACT, ensuring sustained adoption and value realization within LAM and NAM.

We are looking for an Implementation Partner to join our Frontline People Organization (FLPO), where you will play a key role in deploying and embedding global People Solutions across the Americas which includes both NAM and LAM.
This is a regional role and will be In Person at our location in Santa Fe Springs, CA

In this role, you will:
Shape regional People initiatives by partnering with People Partners, PF Leads, Site Leaders and global solution owners
Drive meaningful capability building and change, directly supporting frontline leaders and influencing operational excellence
Develop your expertise in talent, performance and change management in a dynamic, supportive and highly collaborative environment
Lead the adoption of global People Solutions in diverse, fast‑moving markets - and see the real impact of your work on leadership capability and employee experience
Collaborate across multiple time zones, building strong cross‑regional relationships and enhancing your international stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Deployment & Change Implementation
Lead end‑to‑end implementation and adoption of global People Solutions and capability‑building initiatives
Manage regional deployment roadmaps, communications, readiness checks and risk assessments
Adapt global learning materials to match regional and local needs as required
Regional Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong partnerships with People Partners, PF Leads, Site Leaders and operational stakeholders
Collaborate closely with global solution owners and provide regional insights
Ensure governance, alignment and consistent execution across all markets
Talent, Performance & Engagement Delivery
Support the full performance cycle
Facilitate capability uplift for People Partners and frontline leaders
Coordinate and quality‑check talent data and dashboards to support decision making
Data Analytics & Insights
Gather and consolidate regional data to assess adoption, readiness and risk areas
Translate insights into clear, practical recommendations and action
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Apply structured project management practices at all times
Identify opportunities for simplification and improved sustainability of solutions
Represent regional needs in the design and development of new People Solutions
On‑Site Enablement
Provide targeted on‑site support when needed, including stakeholder engagement, training and alignment sessions
Who We Are Looking For
You are an engaged, structured and collaborative People professional who thrives in a global, matrixed environment.
Must have
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate meaningful insights
Excellent stakeholder management across cultures and countries
Solid project and change management experience
Experience with Talent Management / Talent Development
Strong communication, facilitation and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Structured working style with the ability to simplify complexity
Operational understanding and comfort working closely with frontline environments
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple countries within LAM/NAM region
Background in HR deployment, Talent Management, capability building and / or People Solutions
Experience in frontline or operational environments

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
