Financial Controller, Logistics Operations (Site Controller)

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Site Managers and operational stakeholders to drive site profitability, financial accuracy, and business performance
• Monitor and analyze revenue, costs, accruals, and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
• Support month-end close activities through review of operational accruals, financial trends, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts, billing processes, internal controls, and governance requirements
• Drive operational finance KPIs and Health Metrics through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support new customer implementations, process improvements and business transformation initiatives
• Act as the key link between Operations, Commercial, and Financial Business Partner teams
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experiences:
- Business level Japanese and English
- Strong and progressive work experience in accounting, finance controlling or business finance and performance management
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance / Accounting preferred
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or service industries is an advantage
- CPA/CA or knowledge of JGAAP/IFRS is an advantage
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accrual accounting, profitability analysis, and internal controls
- Experience driving process improvements, risk management, and operational controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
